Pear, Gorgonzola & Honey Cups

Ingredients & Directions

  • 1/2 of a medium ripe pear, finely diced (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions
  • 1/4 cup honey, for garnish (optional)

Stir the pear, cheese, lemon juice, honey and chives in a small bowl.

Spoon about 1 teaspoon pear mixture into each pastry cup.  Drizzle the cups with additional honey, if desired.
