Ingredients & Directions
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mintleaves
- 1 package (12.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Cherry Turnovers, prepared according to package directions
Beat the cream in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Beat in the jam and almond extract.
Stir the sugar and mint in a small bowl. Place the turnovers onto 4 dessert plates. Top with the whipped cream and sprinkle with the mint sugar. Garnish with sprigs of additional mint, if desired.
