Pumpkin Cream Cups

Ingredients & Directions

  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup whipped toppingor sweetened whipped cream
  • 1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Stir the pudding mix, pumpkin, milk and pumpkin pie spice in a medium bowl. Fold in the whipped topping.

Spoon the pumpkin mixture into the pastry cups. Sprinkle with the confectioners' sugar.
