Roast Beef & Arugula on Asiago Bread

Ingredients & Directions

  • 1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 2 slices
  • 2 ounces sliced deli style roast beef
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed arugula

Stir the horseradish sauce and mayonnaise in a small bowl.

Spread the horseradish mixture on the bread slices.  Layer 1 bread slice with the beef and arugula.  Top with the remaining bread slice.


Recipe Note: You can also serve this sandwich open-faced, if you like.
