Smoked Salmon Toast

Ingredients & Directions

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill weed
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 slice Pepperidge Farm® Harvest Blends™ Sprouted Grain Bread, toasted or Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread
  • 2 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon
  • 2 radish, thinly sliced

Stir the sour cream, horseradish, dill, parsley and lemon juice in a small bowl.  Season to taste.

Spread the sour cream mixture on the bread slice.  Layer with the salmon and radishes.  Top with additional sprigs of dill, if desired.
