Whole Wheat Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients & Directions

  • 2 cans (4.5 ounces each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 8 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread
  • 8 tomato slice
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Stir the chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, yogurt and pepper in a small bowl.

Divide the chicken mixture evenly among 4 bread slices. Top each with 2 slices tomato, 1 leaf lettuce and 1 remaining bread slice.
